I recently purchased my first commercial vehicle and needed insurance. Cindy and her team personnally walked me through the process and created a policy that exactly met my needs. Unfortunately about a month later I was in an accident. What a difference having an agent is! I was able to sit with Cindy, in her office, while she reported the incident to the insurance company. She also located an authorized repair shop and made the appointment with me. The outcome could not have been better! Reasonable repair costs and no insurance penalty. What a great experience!

Had Allstate for close to 25 years with only one claim last year and they almost tripled my rate to 13000 a year, the claim was only for 9500. I've probably paid over 90000 in premiums I over the years. This was a go away and thank you for your past money renewal quote. So I took all my business away and received insurance from a competitor at 1/3 the cost for exact same coverage. So be careful as long as you have no claims your in good hands. Loyalty means nothing for Allstate.
Top customer service! I have never had a more pleasant and smooth experience with the employees at this Allstate location. I had an automobile accident and Laura Muschkat has been nothing short of kind, respectful and honest throughout the entire process. I will continue to be a customer and wrote this review to encourage others to check it out.
16 years as a customer and they don't tell you that you were eligible for a better cheaper policy until YOU ASK them about it. The TV advertisement where you get the good drivers discount is a "new company" policy but its still called Allstate ??
